Family Care International is a US-based maternal health organization with country offices in Burkina Faso, Mali, Kenya, Bolivia, and Ecuador. The organization conducts evidence-based advocacy, provides technical assistance, carries out capacity strengthening and organizational and strategic development, and conducts research on maternal health issues. It also engages on young people’s sexual and reproductive health, HIV, and other related reproductive health topics. MACEI funds will be used to establish a cash reserve and to update the financial management system. These activities will improve FCI’s overall stability, efficiency, and sustainability in the long-term.
