Prospera International Network of Women's Funds is the centralized organization that supports, strengthens, and connects a network of women's funds around the world and leverages opportunities to transform the funding landscape for women, girls, and trans people. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, female-identifying individuals have experienced higher rates of gender-based violence, gendered poverty, unbalanced caregiving responsibilities, forced marriage, and lack of access to education. Prospera provides support to their member funds by increasing their capacity, thus strengthening the sustainability of frontline feminist and women’s activism, organizations, and movements working for a more equitable future. This grant provides Prospera with flexible support for general operations.
